We do not take orders or payment over the telephone. The fastest and most secure way to place your order is through the website. If you have any special requests regarding your order, then please write these in the comments box at checkout or email seperately to email@example.com.

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 1-5 working days of ordering.
Our 24 hour delivery service is NOT available on handmade and personalised items as these cannot be guarenteed .
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
All orders sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class do not require a signature on delivery.
Goods sent via Special Delivery service will require a signature on delivery, or details of a safe place or neighbour where they can be left i.e. porch or garage.
N.B. Please help us to help you, by giving a delivery address where you are sure somebody will be available to accept delivery (a work address for example), or give us details of a neighbour who can take delivery on your behalf, or a safe place where our courier can leave your parcel.
Do you deliver to Europe and the United States?
We do not deliver to the United States. We deliver to the UK and European Union only.
GO GREEN...Please excuse what may seem just like an ugly old box, a once used envelope or pre-used bubble wrap but it is our preference in order to do our bit in creating a more beautiful planet for our children and to keep our costs to a minimum is to use as much recycled quality packaging as possible. It seems pointless to buy brand new boxes that although appear attractive only end up adding to the rubbish! The majority of our packaging has already been once used and the packing materials are either shredded paper or materials supplied by local retail outlets from their own deliveries. We also try to avoid the use of excessive packaging.
As the products on our website reflect what is currently in stock we aim to ensure that most products are available. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock we will contact you via email or telephone and advise the revised dispatch date. Should you wish to change or cancel your order at this stage then we will be pleased to action this for you.
If you require an overseas delivery (outside the EU) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote for postage price before ordering. Postage will be charged at cost.
Returns and Refunds
We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you are free to return your item, provided:
* It is within 7 days of receipt
* Item/s are in the original packaging
* The item/s are complete & undamaged
Before we despatch, each order is thoroughly checked to ensure that all goods are in perfect condition. However if on receipt you find your goods to be faulty we will either:
* Refund in full or
* Exchange the item
Please note that refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion.
Unless the goods are faulty, return postage costs will be the responsibilty of the customer.
We advise that goods are returned with proof of posting.
Your order is generated and processed via your own entries into our web site ordering system. Incomplete addresses, typographical, spelling or any errors made by you in completion of this process may result in non delivery. We cannot refund or assist where the error is generated by incorrect information being supplied by the client at the point of order.
